Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate the apples on a coarse grater along with the skin. Place in a deep frying pan. Add a little butter and sugar. Simmer covered for about 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Grind the cookies into crumbs in a mortar. Add 4 tablespoons to apples. Add honey. Mix.
* Step 3
Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.
* Step 4
Grease each sheet of phyllo dough with soft butter and place it in the pan, overlapping it so that the edges of the dough hang down. Do this with the entire dough.
* Step 5
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of cookie crumbs and two tablespoons of chopped nuts into the bottom of the dough pan. Place apple filling on top.
* Step 6
Initially, I didn’t have enough filling and added the apples that I was preparing for filling for the winter.
Fold the edges of the dough inward. Grease with butter.
* Step 7
Sprinkle cookie crumbs and chopped almonds on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
* Step 8
The cake comes out of the pan easily, and if you let it cool, it slices well.
