Saturday night means pizza night at our house. Last week my sister in law suggested it might be nice to stuff the crust with pesto. She was right.

* Step 1
Stretch the pizza base out over a baking tray so itโs hanging over the edge and spread the pesto around using the back of a teaspoon.
* Step 2
Fold the dough back to form the crust. As you can see I didnโt care too much about being very tidy.
* Step 3
Add a layer of tomato sauce.
* Step 4
Add your favourite toppings.
* Step 5
Cook for 5-7 mins in a preheated oven at maximum heat. Keep an eye on it so it doesnโt get too crispy. I left this one slightly too long as I was distracted by the US election. Enjoy! ๐
