Honey roasted, spiced Persimmons

Honey roasted, spiced Persimmons

Delicately spiced Persimmons with aromatic winter spices taste great served as a dessert with your favourite ice cream. #GoldenApron23

Ingredient

Cooking time :

1 tsp

cinnamon

1 tsp

all spice

1 tsp

nutmeg

1 tbsp

coconut oil

100 mls

hot water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 180c. Slice the persimmons into wedges and place them single layered in a roasting dish.

* Step 2

Mix all the spices in a small bowl and sprinkle over the persimmons.

* Step 3

In an other bowl mix honey, coconut oil and hot water and pour it over the persimmons. Cover the tray with foil and bake until nice and soft about 40-50 minutes. Seve with your favourite ice cream. Enjoy.
