Meat loaf with a difference

This is also a Hungarian recipe but re-invented to make it even more delicious.

Ingredient

Food ration :

5-6 servings

Baked in oven on 180 c for 1 hour

egg

3 cloves

garlic

2 tsp

mustard

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak bread roll in milk, combine meat, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, paprika powder, and egg. Squeeze excess milk out of bread roll and add to meat, use your hand to mix it altogether.

* Step 2

Take a tray and sprinkle generously with breadcrumbs. Lay the meat over breadcrumbs and flatten it, spread mustard all over the meat and grate cheese to cover. Then lay your sausage in the middle and cover it with the meat.

* Step 3

Cover the loaf with more breadcrumbs, and sprinkle with a little oil. Bake in preheated oven for and hour on 180c. Serve with roasted vegetables and a glass of wine. Enjoy.
