Turkey strips with mushroom and spinach in creamy sauce on a bed of homemade Tagliatelle

I started with the pasta
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine eggs with flour salt and turmeric. Knead it until it is nice and firm. A pasta maker come very handy, otherwise roll the dough into thin strips (1mm) and cut into tagliatelle shape. Let is dry whilst preparing your turkey dish.
* Step 2
Fry chopped onion and garlic gently for a minute in oil. Add the turkey and sear meat to enhance the flavor. Stir in sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper, pour in chicken stock a little at the time. Cook slowly for few minutes, as it will reduce liquid add rest of the stock and simmer until soft.
* Step 3
Add the spinach and stir for a minute, in the meantime mix a tbsp of flour in the sour cream and pour it onto turkey mix well and remove from heat. Enjoy
