Butterbean mash (gluten-free)
A potato-free mash! Delicious with roasted Portobello mushrooms, or a side to grilled fish or meat. What about an addition to a BBQ spread.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
* Step 2
Warm the oil in a saucepan over a medium-low heat, add the garlic and simmer for 30 seconds to a minute, stirring to make sure it doesn't burn.
* Step 3
Stir in the beans and warm through making sure to coat them nicely in the garlic oil. Season with salt and pepper.
* Step 4
Transfer to a food processor or blender. Squeeze in lemon juice and blitz until smooth, adding splashes of hot water to get a smooth consistency.
* Step 5
Season to taste, then serve. Good with mushrooms or a side to grilled meat or fish.
