I’m going away on holidays for a few days so made this to use up some odds and ends from the fridge - much better than throwing them away. It made me realise that coleslaw can be anything you want it to be really. I only used a little mayonnaise in this because I didn’t want it to be too heavy but you could use more if you like.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 people as a side

Cooking time :

5 minutes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put all of the veg and herbs in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and the enough mayonnaise to suit your taste. Enjoy!
