Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash Salad if required. Pat dry. Place in a large bowl and tear, (NOT cut!), leaves into sort of spoon- size pieces.
* Step 2
Slice the Plum Tomatoes into small rings, add to bowl.
* Step 3
Wipe Mushrooms, cut into small pieces, add to bowl.
* Step 4
Drain Pineapple, (pop the top and place over a cup is easiest!) but keep the juice to one side. Cut chunks into smaller pieces, and add to bowl.
* Step 5
Shake a little(about 2 teaspoons), of Balsamic Vinegar over the Salad.
* Step 6
Shake a little Olive Oil over the Salad, along with 2-3 teaspoons of the Pineapple Juice.
* Step 7
Mix well until all ingredients are nice and glossy.
* Step 8
Pull the Prosciutto Ham slices from the packet and roll into “ fingers”. Serve with the salad and enjoy with a chilled glass of wine!
