Falafel on Pitta

hummus

salad leaves

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the cucumber.

Toast the pitta until warmed.

* Step 3

Spread on the hummus.

* Step 4

Break the falafel in half and add on top.

* Step 5

Add the cucumber and tomatoes

* Step 6

Add the salad leaves and serve. I prefer to cut it into 4 to make it easier to hold.
