Something that is quick, healthy and easy for a late Sunday brunch.

Ingredient

mushrooms

150 g

kale

2 tbsp

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice the mushrooms.

* Step 2

Add olive oil, mushrooms, a little salt and a lot of pepper to a large pan.

Cook until mushrooms are soft.

Add kale and cook until wilted.

Add the eggs.

Wait untill the eggs are cooked and then serve.
