Upside Down Banana Bread
A little twist on a traditional recipe. Great for using up ripened bananas.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mash 6 bananas in a bowl.
* Step 2
Add in eggs, olive oil, white sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.
* Step 3
Add in the flour and mix.
* Step 4
This bit is very fast. Get an ovenproof dish ready. Melt butter in a pan, then add in the brown sugar. Cook until bubbling, stirring throughout.
* Step 5
Pour into the dish, spreading evenly. Slice the additional bananas to create a layer.
* Step 6
Pour in the cake mixture and pop into the oven for 40 minutes on 160 fan.
* Step 7
Take it out and let it cool. Keeping it in the tin.
* Step 8
Flip it upside down and serve.
