Turmeric Spinach Rustic Roasties
I experimented with the potatoes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash then cut up potatoes (no pealing)
* Step 2
In a small roasting pan rub your potatoes in the oil salt and pepper and garlic cloves
* Step 3
Roast in preheated oven (180) until browned nicely
* Step 4
Heat up an open pan, melt butter and add your Turmeric.
* Step 5
Carefully add your Roasties and turn over until your happy
* Step 6
VERY carefully push back potatoes and add your Spinach to the empty part of your pan (take care as spinach will pop a little)
* Step 7
Once the spinach has warned through slowly introduce it into your potatoes
* Step 8
Serve with your favorite or just eat, I dished up with Grape Jam Glaze Gammon
