Chilli Beef tortillas layers

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add all ingredients (except tortillas and cheese of course) to your cooked meat and massage with a wooden spoon until blended together

* Step 2

Grease your pie dish or oven proof frying pan and line the bottom with a tortilla

* Step 3

Cover with a layer of the mix and sprinkle with some of the cheese

* Step 4

Keep layering until mixture is used keeping one tortilla aside

* Step 5

Place last tortilla on top, glaze with a little butter

* Step 6

Place in preheated oven on 185 until cooked (appx 25 minutes)

* Step 7

Sprinkle more cheese on top if desired, back in the oven to melt

* Step 8

Superb with a little salsa on the side Eat and enjoy Modify to your own taste
