Dirty rice

Low in fat and quick to make

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
300 g

rice

1 stalk

celery

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook rice as per instructions

* Step 2

Fry pork in a large frying pan with chopped onion

* Step 3

Add bacon and stir through untill cooked

* Step 4

Add cajun spice and worchester sauce and rest off the chopped veg cook and continue stirrring for 5 mins

Add rice a stir through making sure it hot then serve with salad and chunk of bread
