Granny Smith Apple Crumble

I did not follow a Recipe , am just trying too improve my Recipe from last time . I did not put Nut's in this time and I used Brown Crystal Demerara Sugar in this time for the Crumble Mix - I made up a smaller amount of homemade Crumble this time

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 - 4 People

Cooking time :

1 hr 10 min.

Caster Sugar

20 tbsp

Cold water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place 20 tablespoons White Caster Sugar in your Casserole Cooking Dish and then add 20 tablespoons Cold water over the top and then boil on the highest hob heat until sugar has Caramelised and then turn down too the lowest hob heat

* Step 2

Peel your Granny Smith Apples with a Potato Peeler and then core the apples and then cold water wash and then place the quarters of the Apples through the funnel of your Tefal and then slice with the use of the Tefal slicer Attachment and then add all the raw sliced Apples boil mainly on a slow simmer on the hob stove. All this in the Period of 30 minutes

* Step 3

Place the Tefal blade Attachment to your Tefal and then add 250g Plain Flour inside and then add cube's of a block of butter to the weight of 125g and then blend with the use of your Tefal machine on and then add too a large Kitchen Food Bag and then add the 250g Brown Crystal Demerara Sugar - mix and then store in the Fridge.

* Step 4

Add the cold raw Crumble Mix over the top of the hot caramelised sliced Apples and then bake in the oven at Gas Mark 6 for 35 minutes and then allow too cool for 5 minutes and then if you are very hungry then eat half with about half of a tin of Shop bought Custard. Can heat up the Custard in the Microwave for a few minutes depending on the Wattage
