Apple and Pear's Smoothie

Ingredient

1.75 L

Apple Juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Is a lot of apples and pear's and once halved and quartered - trimmed and pips removed the apples and pear's need to go into a large metal Mixing Bowl. You do need another very large metal Mixing Bowl too put each blend mix in

* Step 2

Peel back One banana and then add too the large Nutri Ninja Blender Cup and then a bit of pear's, then bits of apples and then add the Shop bought sugary Apple Juice and then 2 or 3 heaped Dessert Spoons of Plain Greek Style Yoghurt and then blitz blend with the use of your Nutri Ninja Blender machine

* Step 3

Keep blending until it is all done and then use a funnel too get Smoothie into Apple Juice container bottle and also use too get into a 4 pinter empty milk container and then about 600ml into your large Nutri Ninja Cup - do put it's Nutri Ninja Lid on. Store in the Fridge and could make the Smoothie last 3 days
