Cheddar Potato cakes breaded

The 30 minutes includes the preparation time - for the homemade breadcrumbs were in a large Plastic Food bag and kept in the Fridge and so was the grated Mature Cheddar Cheese

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine the cold cooked mash with the grated block of cheese and breadcrumbs and then form 4 balls and then roll in the Plain Flour first and then into the beaten eggs and then into the breadcrumbs. Place in a large non-stick Frying Pan with 4 tablespoons of Sunflower Oil in and then gently shallow fry on the lowest hob heat for about 13 minutes and then give 30 seconds on the highest hob heat and then turn over

* Step 2

Give another 13 minutes and a 30 seconds on a high hob heat and then transfer too a Dinner Plate and then enjoy eating them, with maybe a bit of Tomato ketchup sauce
