White Chocolate Ice-cream

White Chocolate Ice-cream

Is homemade custard based. I used only Semi-Skimmed Milk with egg yolks,I poured hot milk over the White Chocolate too melt it and added this hot milk too the sugary egg yolks,had too continue too gently boil and keep stirring too thicken the mix.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Egg yolks need too go into a large saucepan,or non-stick Wok,add sugar too beaten egg yolks.

* Step 2

Boil all the Semi-Skimmed Milk and then ladle with a Ladle some of the very hot milk into the egg yolks and keep stirring.Melt the White Chocolate in the hot milk - add all hot Semi-Skimmed Milk and then keep stirring on a very low simmer on the Gas Hob Cooker etc. until thickened.

* Step 3

Allow to get cold and then add the mix too 2 large Plastic Containers with Lids.Put in the Freezer and then allow to become completely frozen and then it's done.
