Cheesy Bechemel Sauce on Toast
Left over cold cooked Bechemel Sauce is good to bake on some slices of bread for a different kind of cheese on toast.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 8.Melt butter in a saucepan,add all the Plain Flour,gradually mix a little bit of milk in - and then add some more and so on - keep stirring and cook the Plain Flour through for about 30 minutes.Don't forget to add the Mature Cheddar Cheese.
* Step 2
Put 4 slices of bread on a greased baking tray and crisp up the sliced bread for about 10 minutes.Then maybe spread Dijon Mustard on the One sides of the sliced bread and then add the cheesy Bechemel Sauce,splash Worcestershire Sauce on, and then crisp up the tops for baking for about 10 minutes.Done.Enjoy.
