Thin Green Chilli preserve
I hope that Crystallized Sea Salt at the bottom of the jar and then trimmed and chopped Chillies with their seeds on top - and then Olive Oil over the compressed Chillies will preserve the chopped Chillies for 6 months,or even a Year.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean a small empty Mustard jar.Give whole Chillies a quick soak in clean cold water - place doubled Kitchen Roll on a Dinner Plate,or Baking Tray and then place the wet Chillies onto the Kitchen Roll - pat dry on top with some more Kitchen Roll.Trim stalk of Chilli by removing it - add Sea Salt at the bottom of the jar and then chop your trimmed Chilli with their seeds into the jar and so on - until you reach the top of the jar.
* Step 2
Compress and try too get some more Chillies into the top of the jar.With the rest of the Chillies - trim - keep whole,but deseed - and then freeze in a freezer bag within a Freezer.Slowly pour Olive Oil over the top of the chopped Chillies,once enough - screw the jar lid on and then preserve until you are ready to use some of the chopped Chillies.
