Twice baked Jackets with Salmon

A homemade sauce would have been nice,but I didn't provide myself with One - or Two even.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to Gas Mark 8,wash potatoes under the cold water tap,prick 3 holes either side with a Dinner Fork and bake them on oven rack or on a Baking Tray with Sea Salt underneath.Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

* Step 2

Heat a little amount of cold water in a large frying pan with Lid,add salt to the water.Halve the 3 Jacket Potatoes down the middle and then scoop the cooked potatoes out of their Jackets into a saucepan of the melted butter and Cheddar Cheese,add the teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper - evenly distribute mix back into Jackets and then place back into oven.

* Step 3

Steam cook the frozen Salmon Fillets in the shallow amount of boiling water within the large frying pan - steam on a low simmer - with the Lid on - for between 6 and 10 minutes and then use a round slotted spoon too place cooked Salmon Fillets on a separate Dinner Plate.Place Jacket Potatoes on main Dinner Plate and then add the Salmon Fillets onto the main Dinner Plate as well.
