GOOSEBERRY JUICE (AMLA SHERBAT)
A very tasty energy drink made from gooseberries which are very rich in vitamin C. Also an immunity booster.
Ingredient

6 -8 glasses

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and dry the gooseberries and grate them.
* Step 2
Squeeze the lemons and collect the juice in a cup.
* Step 3
Transfer the grated gooseberries to a mixer jar. Add lemon juice and ginger pieces. Crush the contents in the grinder till smooth. Do not add any water in this process.
* Step 4
Place a muslin cloth over a bowl and empty the mixer jar contents over the cloth. Squeeze the cloth to collect all the gooseberries juice in the bowl.
* Step 5
Measure the quantity of juice and add sugar, 1.5 cups sugar for every cup of gooseberries juice. Stir the mixture till sugar is fully dissolved.
* Step 6
Add black salt to taste and stir again.
* Step 7
Strain the gooseberries juice concentrate in a bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
* Step 8
To serve the gooseberries juice take 2-3 teaspoons of juice concentrate in a glass and add cold water to dilute as desired.
