Potato in green spices/ hirva masala batata bhaji

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash, boil and then peel the potatoes.

* Step 2

Grind green chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and cilantro and some salt.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan, Add mustard seeds and hing. Let it crackle. Add curry leaves, turmeric and green masala. Fry for two minutes or until the rawness is gone.

* Step 4

Add chopped boiled potatoes, salt and mix well. Saute for three or four minutes.

* Step 5

Garnish with coconut and cilantro leaves.

* Step 6

This yummy potatoes goes well with rotis and puris. You can also make batatawada or aloo paratha using this potato sabji.
