Easy Banana Ice-cream

Have made it before,but with Creme Fraiche and Maple Syrup,I froze chopped bananas with their skins off and later blitzed these ingredients together for a possible Ice-cream in 2 hours after leaving it in a very cold Fridge.It's possible that just Creme Fraiche or Yoghurt with bananas could still make a nice Ice-cream,but the Second time around - I have sweetened the Ice-cream mix with Lyle's Golden Syrup.Did learn the method of making this Ice-cream through a recent Cookery Programme on TV.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2Kg
1.200 ml

plain yoghurt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blitz blend - yoghurt and bananas together in a Electric Blender

* Step 2

Share the mix between the 2 - 1Kg yoghurt containers and then add 6 teaspoons of Lyle's Golden Syrup in each One tub,so 12 teaspoons in all - put their lid's on and freeze in the Freezer.

* Step 3

Stir every 2 hours too maybe prevent icle's from forming within the Ice-cream whilst freezing.
