Penne alla vodka
Get this unique and traditional pasta dish in your recipe book. Perfect for a weekend lunch and only takes 25 minutes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a frying pan and add onion, cook slowly for 10 minutes and add garlic and chilli flakes
* Step 2
After 30 seconds stir tomato purée in, cook for two minutes, then add vodka
* Step 3
After 3 minutes, add cream, stir to combine and take off the heat
* Step 4
Cook pasta for ten minutws
* Step 5
Add pasta to your sauce and add a little remaining pasta water
* Step 6
Stir to mix and serve with parmesan and fresh basil
