Marinaded pork chops

Its getting chilly now August is over. Thick juicy pork chops with piles of mash for a comfort food feast. #mycookbook

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1 tbsp

soy sauce

2 tbsp

ketchup

1 tbsp

brown sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together into a runny paste and put it into a zip lock bag with the pork chops.

* Step 2

Seal the bag up and cover the meat with the marinade. Refrigerate overnight.

* Step 3

When ready to cook put the chops into an oven proof dish. Top tip - line the dish with foil to minimise clean up. Put into a 180° oven for approx 30 - 40 minutes depending on how thick your chops are.
