Plant-Based Poppy Seed Bagel Bake
Hungarian: Mákos guba is a sweet poppy seed-based bread dessert from Central Europe. The dish is considered traditional in Silesia (southwestern Poland), where it is served almost exclusively on Christmas Eve. It is also popular in other parts of Poland as well as in eastern Germany and in Hungary.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the bagels 1-2 cm slices. Heat the plant-based milk along with the scratched inside of the vanilla bean. Pour the hot milk onto the the bagel slices. Let it soak ‘em, then drain the bagels squeezing the remaining plant-based milk out.
* Step 2
In a deeper baking pan, spoon a layer of soaked bagels, then add the poppy-seed & powdered sugar mixture, then comes another layer or bagel slices.....finish with the poopy-seed mixture....
* Step 3
It’s not compulsory, but we could place into 200 C° preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.....
