Sausage Hash

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the vegetables (other than the tomatoes) in the microwave for four minutes.

* Step 2

Put a fry pan on high heat sprayed with Spray2Cook. Fry off the bulk sausage as the vegetables cook.

* Step 3

Add the microwaved vegetables together with the tomatoes and spray again with Spray2Cook. Season with salt and pepper whilst cooking.

* Step 4

Cook off until ready to serve.
