Jambalaya with chicken chorizo

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Coat chicken and Prawns in cajuj seasoning. Cook and set aside once cooked
* Step 2
Add chorizo fry for 2 mins. Then add garlic paste onion pepper and celery cook 3 -4 mins. Boil the kettle
* Step 3
Add rice 400 ml boiling water and jambalaya stock to pan. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to medium low and cover with a lid. Let it cool for 12-15 mosn adding more water after 10 min if required.
* Step 4
Return chicken and prawns to pan mix well and let it cook uncovered for 2 more mins
