Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 225c / 425f / gas mark 7
* Step 2
Score.porl and rub with oil and salt place in dish roast for 15 minutes
* Step 3
Resume over to 190c/375f/gas mark 5 online for an hour
* Step 4
Boil potatoes for *2 mins. Then drain and return to ow heat to dry off
* Step 5
Add olive oil butter and onions and toss. Place acreound the meat. Spoon of any excesses juices
* Step 6
Mix honey & mustard together with cider. Brush over pork. Add plums and pumps and toss. Arrange between potatoes.
* Step 7
Cook for x20 mins ensure fully cooked. Add leaves into veg mix for x5 mins
