Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 190c/375f/gas mark 5.

* Step 2

Roll out pastry

* Step 3

Spread Jam over pastry and sprinkle sultanas

* Step 4

Beat together butter & sugar. Add Almonds eggs and almond essence. Fold until completely mixed and already over the jam and sultanas

* Step 5

Arrange slices of nectarine in rows and bake for 10.mind then redu e temperate to 180c/350f/gas mark 4. If it brown to quickly use greaseproof paper
