Sweet potatoes nest

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the potato and cut into size which will fit in spiralizer and make spirals. Heat olive oil in the pan and put the potatoes to cook with salt, pepper and paprika.
* Step 2
Cook until the potatoes are soft enough. Split the spirals into 4 nests and put the egg into each nest. Pour a little water inside and cover the pan with the lid to soft boil the eggs.
* Step 3
Use dried herbs for garnish. Serve and enjoy 😋.
