Garlic and Basil Salmon

The lemon juice and the lemon wedge give it a touch of color and a divine taste. Also best served with wild rice and a vegetable of your choice.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix garlic, basil, and salt in a bowl.

* Step 2

Dip salmon in the mix.

* Step 3

Cook salmon in a skillet. Cook each side for 5 min.

* Step 4

Serve with a lemon wedge for garnish and color.
