Lilhpster's Vegan Broccoli & Tomato Pasta
made this for dinner tonight and it turned out amazing! save the extra "sauce" to drizzle over tofu or something...its finger-lickin' good!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Warm the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
* Step 2
Add broccoli, tomatoes, and garlic. Turn the heat up to medium-high and sautee until the broccoli just begins to get soft.
* Step 3
Add vegetable broth and onion powder. Turn the heat up to high and bring to a boil.
* Step 4
Add pasta and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta becomes soft.
* Step 5
Let it cool a bit. Serve it in a bowl and sprinkle red pepper and nutritional yeast to taste.
* Step 6
