Cinnamon Almond Milk

Ingredient

Cinnamon

5 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cover 2" above almonds with water in medium bowl. Soak overnight

* Step 2

Drain almonds. Put in blender

* Step 3

Add dates, cinnamon and hot water (not boiling)

* Step 4

Blend on high for 2 min

* Step 5

Strain through fine mesh sieve using spatula into medium bowl

* Step 6

Place milk in airtight container and refrigerate
