Quick Coffee Cake with Raw Fruit Adapted by Rebecca Sackheim

Made this to freeze for thanksgiving.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar

* Step 2

Add egg, milk and butter.

* Step 3

Mix all to a soft dough, beat well.

* Step 4

Add fruit

* Step 5

Turn into a greased pan, ; spread evenly

* Step 6

Bake in a moderate oven (350) for about 25 minutes.

* Step 7

Brush over with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
