Kale chicken and sundried tomato bowl

kale

2 cloves

garlic

1/2 cup

almonds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk together the marinade and marinate kale over night and chicken for 30 min to 2 hours

* Step 2

Cook the chicken and quinoa

* Step 3

Pulse sauce ingredients together in food processor

* Step 4

Toss quinoa and sauce together top with chicken avocado and kale
