#GlobalApron24, week1 ( spinach πŸ₯¬), spinach salad is a low calorie, low fat salad and zero oil healthy salad, so enjoy this light salad in your dinner. Course : light meal, Cuisine: indian, nutrition value: vitamins A,B6,C,k, iron, folate and potassium.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl πŸ₯£,add shredded red cabbage, shredded cabbage, shredded spinach πŸ₯¬, grated / ribbon carrot πŸ₯• and pumpkin seeds, red chilli juliennes 🌢️ mix gently, keep aside.

* Step 2

For dressing : in a small bowl πŸ₯£, add finely chopped garlic πŸ§„, lemon juice πŸ‹, fish sauce, black pepper powder, and salt to taste πŸ§‚ mix well, pour on the salad πŸ₯— and mix gently, serve immediately.
