Stir fry broccoli salad πŸ₯—

A simple spring salad, made with fresh broccoli, it's easy, tasty and delicious, Enjoy. Course: lunch, dinner, Cuisine: indian, Diet: vegetarian, gluten free, nutrients value: vitamin C, K, iron, potassium,fiber.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat sunflower oil 🌻, add cumin seeds, when start to crackle, add finely chopped garlic πŸ§„, saute for 1 min, add broccoli florets πŸ₯¦ and mix well, Cook on medium heat.

* Step 2

Add sugar, paprika powder 🌢️, coriander cumin powder, garam masala powder,salt πŸ§‚ and mix well. Cook broccoli florets well, but still crunchy (don't over cook the broccoli florets πŸ₯¦), add boiled potatoes cubes and mix well, cook for 2 mins, remove from heat, let it cool down.

* Step 3

In a bowl πŸ₯£ add cooked broccoli florets πŸ₯¦ with boiled potatoes πŸ₯”, black pepper powder, onion rings πŸ§…, finely chopped green chillies and mix gently. Add in serving dish and on top of salad πŸ₯—, add toasted sesame seeds, tomato slices πŸ… and serve immediately.
