Onion salad (' laccha pyaaz')

A north Indian onion salad it is made with raw onions, use red or white onion for this salad, it's easy, quick to make just in mins, serve with Indian meals. Course: side dish, Diet: gluten free, vegan, cuisine: Punjabi ( north Indian), nutrients value: vitamin B6,C, folate & potassium.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the onions πŸ§… and cut into thinly round slices, keep in cold water, open the onion slices and keep aside.

* Step 2

On the time of serving, add ringed onions πŸ§…, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, finely chopped mint leaves 🌱, cayenne pepper powder 🌢️, Chaat masala powder, dry mango powder, lemon juice πŸ‹ and mix gently, add black salt (if using) or add regular saltπŸ§‚and mix well, serve immediately with 'aloo' 'sabzi '& spicy puri'.
