Stuffed Indian pancakes

These healthy, delicious, tasty and easy stuffed Indian pancakes are made with fresh vegetables, gram flour, spices and fresh herb, serve with your Indian' chunteys', like mango chutney, coconut chutney and even with tomato sauce/ ketchup. Course: main, cuisine: Indian, Diet: vegetarian, nutrients value: vitamin A, B,C,E,K, zinc, folate, fiber,iron, phosphorus, manganese and magnesium.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl πŸ₯£ add gram flour, flour if using, salt, green chillies paste, finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, salt πŸ§‚ 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️ and add waterπŸ’¦ little by little, mix well, no lumps should be form, keep aside. In the time of making pancakes, add bicarbonate of soda and mix well.

* Step 2

Heat 3 tbsp sunflower oil 🌻, add mustard seeds when start to crack, add cumin seeds saute for a min, add chopped green chillies, garlic paste πŸ§„, finely chopped carrot πŸ₯•, crushed peas, grated cauliflower cook lightly for 5 mins, remove from heat, let it cool down.

* Step 3

In a bowl πŸ₯£, add boiled/ grated potatoes πŸ₯”, above lightly saute vegetables, salt πŸ§‚, finely chopped ginger, Kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️, finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, Chaat masala powder and mix well.

* Step 4

Heat 1tbsp sunflower oil 🌻 in a pan, make medium pancakes and add stuffing and fold, serve with mango chutney, coconut chutney, tomato sauce/ ketchup.
