Creamy rice

I leave you the recipe for a creamy rice with mushrooms and onion; to make it creamy I used white wine, chicken broth, cheese and liquid cream. I hope you like it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

We gather the ingredients, cook the rice for 10', wash and slice the mushrooms, peel and chop the onion and reserve everything.

* Step 2

We sauté the onion with the EVOO, the salt and the chopped parsley for 2', add the mushrooms and the EVOO, fry for 6', pour in the 50 ml of white wine, let the alcohol evaporate, strain the rice and add it to the previous sauce.

* Step 3

We stir for 1', pour in the 50 ml of white wine, let the rice absorb it, pour in the 200 ml of chicken broth little by little as needed by the rice to make it creamy and when there is no more broth left, lower the heat to medium-low.

* Step 4

We pour the cream, we stir it constantly 4', we add the grated cheese, we stir again to integrate and melt the cheese, we plate the recipe and serve. Enjoy the recipe.
