Wake-Up Green Smoothie

Breakfast green smoothie is prepared by using milk in combination with spinach or kale. Mango gives this smoothie a sweet taste. It is helpful in providing a powerful antioxidant punch, plus vitamin C, calcium, folate and fiber to boost immunity and sometimes even fight off infection. This smoothie is a rich source of vitamin A, C, K and riboflavin.

Add spinach or kale, milk and mango into a blender.

* Step 2
