Cabbage, Beetroot & Carrot Stir fry

Cabbage, beetroot and carrot stir-fry is a healthy and colorful combination of these three vegetables which are found to be good source of vitamin C, fiber, iron, calcium, carotene and anti-oxidants. This recipe is a good source of vitamin A, C and K and goes very well as a side dish with rice, chapattis and pranthas and can be served in lunch and dinner as a side dish.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and cook till soften.

* Step 2

Now add green chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for a while.

* Step 3

Add grated vegetables, turmeric powder, salt and cook for 2 minutes.

* Step 4

Into it, add water then cook till soft.

* Step 5

Now add grated coconut and mix it well.

* Step 6

Serve hot with rice or chapattis
