Beet Green Saag
Beet green saag recipe was developed by one of the farmer Mrs. Dasoda Devi from Noa, BPM Bilaspur. People usually do not utilize greens of beetroot which are actually the most nutrient-rich part of the plant and provide health benefits as they are the good source of calcium and iron. The dish is rich in calcium, vitamin A and K. Combine beet greens, with spinach and fennel to reduce the pungency of the beet greens and can be served with roti or chapatti.
