Green Soybean Stir Fry

This is a simple stir fry recipe prepared from soaked green soybean and tomato sauce. It can be consumed as a side dish or an evening snack. Green soybean stir fry is a good source of protein, dietary fiber, vitamin A, C, folate and iron.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat butter over medium heat.

* Step 2

Add Green Soybean (already cooked in steam) to the pan, stirring for approximately 6-8 mins.

* Step 3

Add garlic and stir. Add tomato sauce, black pepper, salt and mix well.

* Step 4

Top it with roasted sesame seeds.
