Fish Finger Tacos
The other day, I saw a photo of Fish Tacos on a Facebook page. It looked so good and I wanted to eat it, but I had no energy and motivation to cook Fried Crumbed Fish. When my children were young and I was a very busy mum, I never cooked Fried Crumbed Fish. I always bought frozen ones, and they were often Fish Fingers, and I just baked them in the oven. Today I spent a little more dollars and bought better quality ones. Fish Tacos was easy to prepare this way.

2 to 3 Servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook frozen Fish Fingers OR Fish Bites according to the instruction. You can use larger pieces. Cut them into thick strips after baked.
* Step 2
Prepare other ingredients. Avocado and Cheese are highly recommended.
* Step 3
Serve everything on the table, and everyone enjoys making their own Tacos.
