Spicy Pan-fried Lentil Curd

Today I made ‘Lentil Curd’. For some reason, Lentils are connected with ‘Spain’ in my head. When I think about Spanish food, the first thing I think of is Garlic, and Paprika. So, I fried the Lentil Curd and seasoned with spicy Paprika seasoning mix. This is almost 100% Lentils. It’s very nutritious and actually yummy.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 to 3 Servings
2-3 tablespoons

Oil

1/2 teaspoon

Garlic Powder

1/2 teaspoon

Onion Powder

1/2 teaspoon

Ground Paprika

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine all the Seasoning Mix in a small bowl.

* Step 2

Cut Lentil Curd into bite-size cubes.

* Step 3

Heat a generous amount of Oil in a frying pan, non-stick preferred, over medium high heat and cook Lentil Curd until nicely browned.

* Step 4

Sprinkle with the Seasoning Mix evenly, and toss and stir for a few minutes until nicely coated.
