Cucumber & Avocado Yoghurt Salad

One day I added fresh Cucumber and Avocato to leftover Tzatziki (Yoghurt & Cucumber Dip), and that was the beginning of this salad. You don’t need Tzatziki. You need the same ingredients to make Tzatziki, and combine them in a different way. This salad is absolutely quick and easy to make. I recommend to cut Cucumber into chunky bite-size pieces, so that water won’t come out too quickly. This is a perfect salad for BBQ.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut Cucumber chunky bite-size pieces, add Salt and combine, and set aside while you are making Yoghurt Sauce.

* Step 2

Combine all the Yoghurt Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

* Step 3

Discard salty water from Cucumber if there is any. Add Cucumber and Avocado to the sauce, gently mix to combine, and serve immediately. *Note: I added extra Black Pepper and some Dill leaves on top.
