Sachi’s Pizza Dough

Sachi’s Pizza Dough

I am a cooking enthusiast, but I am not very keen on making pizza from scratch. It is always my daughter Sachi, who is willing to work without sparing herself to let us enjoy homemade pizza! This is her recipe.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 to 3 Large Pizza
325 ml

Warm Water

1 sachet (7 g)

Dry Yeast

1 pinch

Caster Sugar

1 teaspoon

Salt

1 tablespoon

Olive Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine Dry Yeast, Sugar and Warm Water in a small bowl. Stand for 10 minutes or until mixture is frothy.

* Step 2

Combine Bread Flour and Salt in a large bowl. Add the yeast mixture and Olive Oil. Mix until a dough comes together.

* Step 3

Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead, adding more flour if required, until smooth and elastic. Place dough in a large oiled bowl. Cover and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
